- To provide us with your customization details, refer to the second picture in the listing to understand the position of each line of text in the template you purchased.
- Send us a message through eBay messenger in the following format:
- Line 1: Your text
- Line 2: Your second line of text
- Line 3: Continue until you've used each line on the template.
- If your chosen template allows for a picture, image, or logo, please attach it to the message. If you encounter any issues attaching your image, don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.
2. **Proof and Approval:**
- The next business day after your purchase (Monday - Friday), we'll send you a proof of what your custom banner will look like.
- You'll have 24 hours to review and approve the proof. If we don't receive your response within this time frame, we'll assume you're satisfied with the proof and proceed with printing and shipping your banner.
3. **Timely Communication:**
- To maintain a fast turnaround time and ensure your satisfaction, it's crucial to communicate promptly. If we don't hear from you within 24 hours of purchase (or by the next business day), we'll assume you're no longer interested in your banner. In such a case, we'll cancel your order and issue a refund. Our goal is to provide efficient service, benefiting both you and eBay.
